Bonjour Bloggers, Today's review is going to be on correctors. I have a problem when it comes to redness on my face. I knew that to get rid of redness you had to use a Green color to counteract to pigmentation of redness. I was strolling through my local Walmart about a month back and came across this little beauty.
I saw it once before but thought nothing about it, but this time I have had a lot of breakouts, so I needed something. So I pick it up for about $11.99.
This product claims to be a 3-in-1 Corrector + Primer + Sun protection that smooths and tones down redness, it has SPF 15 in it too. This type of Physicians formula is a mineral wear.
It has a brush tip to make application easier, to start off, you twist the brush head and the green colored primer comes out of the top. Although, the brush is supposed to make it easier, I find that applying it with the brush is more difficult then it should be, because it leaves the face streaky, and I always have to go back in with my fingers to blend it.
Now the Primer part, I feel that product that are all in one a just "gimmick". In my opinion I don't believe that there is not enough Primer product mixed in with it, to part from your regular primer.

I know that we should swear sunscreen everyday to protect our face and body, but I'll be honest, I don't to. My face is so pale on it's own, so I need to get some sun on my face. And, It's not ideal to swear sunscreen on the face if you are going to do a lot of photo's because it cast a white shadow.
The way that I use this product , I start with my regular Primer ( Smashbox Photo Ready Primer), I get a quarter size amount of the corrector in my hand, and apply with with my fingers ( make sure you have cleaned your hand before) and rub all over my face, and then I apply my foundation.
Overall: I like the idea of a corrector but I will not repurchase ( but I will use it up) this particular corrector, I do not think that the primer with the corrector works. so I'm on the look out for a new one.
what brand of corrector do you use?
